Abstract:
MEIRSS and EURAC Research invite you to “Beyond Centralization: Exploring New Governance Models for Lebanon,” a two-part webinar series aimed at critically examining Lebanon’s governance challenges and discussing innovative solutions.
In the first session, MEIRSS will provide an in-depth analysis of the Lebanese political system, identifying key institutional and governance problems impacting Lebanon’s stability and effectiveness. The second session, led by EURAC Research’s Institute for Comparative Federalism, will introduce international best practices and comparative case studies in federal and regional governance, offering insights that could inform potential reforms in Lebanon.
This series seeks to foster informed dialogue on governance innovation and produce actionable recommendations tailored to Lebanon’s unique political and social context.
